2017년 광주시 공직자 직급별 리더십 역량강화 교육

2017년 5월부터 7월까지 경기도 광주시 공직자분들을 대상으로 리더십 역량강화 교육을 진행하였습니다.

5급부터~8급, 그리고 청원경찰 대상으로 1박2일씩 총 14차수를 진행하였습니다.

각 급수에 맞는 리더십 역량강화 및 광주시 전체의 긍정 조직문화 확산을 위한 배려, 소통, 공감의 감성리더십을 구현하였으며 응급상황 발생시 CPR을 실시 할 수 있는 능력을 갖추기 위한 심폐소생술 교육도 진행하였습니다.
